Our Story
Premier Roof Solutions was founded in Dawson Springs in 2023 with a simple goal: bring straightforward, honest commercial roofing service to Western Kentucky and Northwest Tennessee property owners who deserve a clear answer about their roof, not a sales pitch. As a family-owned business rooted in Hopkins County, we've built our reputation project by project — repairing storm damage, restoring aging roofs, and helping property owners avoid unnecessary replacement costs across the region. Our Certifications and Credentials
We are Conklin certified applicators for coatings, membranes, single-ply systems (including TPO), and SPF roofing — the full range of fluid-applied and membrane systems we install and restore. Premier Roof Solutions uses Conklin products exclusively on every applicable roof, which means the materials on your building are backed by Conklin's manufacturer warranty in addition to our own company workmanship warranty of 10-20 years, depending on the system installed.
Metal roof panel repair — rust treatment, seam work, and fastener replacement — draws on our crew's extensive hands-on experience with metal roofing systems, separate from our Conklin coating certification, which covers the reflective coating applied over that repaired metal surface.
We carry general liability insurance on every project.
Who Performs Your Roof Inspection
Every inspection is conducted personally by our owner, who is Conklin trained and certified. When you request a free assessment, the person who shows up, inspects your roof, and explains your options is the same person accountable for that recommendation — not a salesperson working on commission for the most expensive option.
A Note on Licensing
Kentucky does not currently require a state license for commercial roofing contractors — only electrical, plumbing, and HVAC trades are state-licensed in Kentucky. Tennessee requires a contractor's license only for projects of $25,000 or more; our project sizes to date have not required one. We stay informed on licensing requirements in both states and will hold the appropriate license if and when our project scope requires it.
